Residential Solar 12-Point Safety Inspection & Cleaning
Location: Stratford CT 06614
Type: Roof mount
Solar Array: 22 modules in a two-row configuration with a single inverter.
Temperature of Modules: 73.9°F.
Inspection Date: May 2018
Case Study: Below are the before and after photos of this Stratford CT solar array case study. Based off visual observation the solar array is in good condition. There are no indications of corrosion or structural damage around the solar array. There is no indication of defects in the 22 modules. However there is some damage to existing solar thermal pool heater.
Based off the physical inspection of the modules, there is debris, dust, dirt, pollen, bird droppings, and leaves collecting on top of, around, and underneath the solar array. - Labeling and Code Compliance. All labels are National Electrical code compliant and clear and readable.
- Irradiance and Production. Based off inverter self-test and production reporting no abnormalities in production.
